Product Specification Report
Generation of the entire information which is configured as a part of plan design is performed in the Product Specification report.
The user can generate the information related to BOM Structure, Rate tables & product choices for the selected entities by choosing the required plan, plan version & effective date as inputs in the product specification report.
1. To generate a Product Specification Report, navigate to the main menu, and under ‘Product Design’ module, click on Snapshot.
2. Click on ‘Product Specification’ to create a new report.
3. In the new window that appears, input the following details under the Basic info section.

Full Report
Report Type: Choose Full Report to create a full Product Specification Report.
Plan: Select the appropriate plan from the drop-down menu.
Effective Date:A user is provided three options,
Exact Match: The exact date for which the report must be fetched.
Range: A specific time-period for which the report must be fetched.
Since:The earliest date from which the report must be fetched.
Version: Choose the appropriate Plan version for the plan selected above.
Select Entities: Select one or multiple Entities such as Risk, Forms, Computations, Product Choices, etc. from the drop-down list.
4. Once all the necessary details have been provided, click on Generate Report. In doing so, the Product Specification Report is created.
